Teams & Delegations Services Team Leader

As the Teams & Delegations Services Team Leader for the 2021 Beach Soccer Intercontinental Cup in Dubai, I ensured exceptional support for participants.
My responsibilities included:

Delegation Coordination: Led and coordinated services for teams, referees, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Team Management: Managed a team of 12 Team Liaison Officers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality hospitality.
Training Scheduling: Organized and optimized training schedules for teams and referees, maximizing resource utilization.
Transportation Coordination: Collaborated with the transportation team to ensure timely and efficient movement between accommodations, training venues, and the tournament venue.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintained regular communication with event organizers and stakeholders to address needs and resolve issues promptly.
