As the Examination Management Lead for the International Biology Olympiad 2023, I was responsible for overseeing the entire examination process to ensure its smooth execution.

On-Site Responsibilities

• End-to-End Examination Management: Planned, coordinated, and executed the examination process, ensuring all stages ran smoothly and adhered to IBO guidelines.
• Volunteer Supervision: Allocated and supervised volunteers for logistics, invigilation, and student assistance, ensuring efficient support throughout the event.
• Secure Material Handling: Oversaw the secure handling, distribution, and return of examination materials, maintaining strict compliance with protocols.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaised with event organizers and academic committees to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
