Behind the Scenes: My Role at the UAE TOUR 23"

Technical Team Member - Road Sign Removal Team Lead

As a Technical Team Member and Road Sign Removal Team Lead for the UAE Tour 2023, I ensured the race route was safe and clear for competitors.
My responsibilities included:

Road Sign Removal: Led the timely and safe removal of road signs along the race route to ensure unobstructed paths for cyclists.
Team Collaboration: Worked with team members to identify and prioritize road signs for removal, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Equipment Management: Utilized specialized tools to remove signs safely, adhering to established safety protocols.
Storage and Logistics: Oversaw the proper storage and transportation of removed signs to designated locations.
Communication: Provided regular updates to the Technical Team Lead, addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Technical Support: Offered additional support to the technical team as needed to maintain event readiness.

My role in the UAE Tour 2023 was critical in ensuring a safe and efficient race environment. It was a privilege to contribute to such a high-profile event, and the experience strengthened my skills in technical operations and team leadership.
