The seventh NSTI Festival is set to be a groundbreaking event, showcasing the brightest young minds and innovative projects from across the UAE.
One of the highlights of the festival is the sixth 'Emirates Young Scientist Competition,' which has seen a remarkable surge in participation.
The number of registered projects has increased significantly from 217 in 2018 to a staggering 3,966 in 2024, reflecting a growing interest in scientific research among students.
This year's competition features projects across four main fields: Technology, Biological and Ecological Sciences, Chemistry, Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and Social and Behavioural Sciences. The top 100 projects will compete at the NSTI Festival.
In keeping with the UAE's National Agenda for Entrepreneurship and SMEs, the NSTI Festival will also host the 'KIDSPRENEUR' competition, aimed at fostering entrepreneurial spirit among young children.
Additionally, 'The Next Founder Competition' will provide a platform for undergraduate and postgraduate students to present their innovative business ideas.
